Worked on the early New Market Tax Credit transactions including The Gerding Theatre, the first Platinum LEED building in the nation
 

Shaped the structure of the tribal casino industry through negotiation of all State of Oregon-Tribal government compacts

 

Guided the process that led Oregon to adopt one of the most effective Government-To-Government relations program with federally recognized Indian Tribes in the country
 

Guided a process to completely redesign state administrative hearings through the establishment of an independent panel of hearings officers
 

Restructured Portland State University’s process for handling discrimination complaints resulting in the creation of a new Chief Diversity Officer with broad authority within the university

 

Guided the Portland State athletic department through a two year NCAA re-accreditation
