A Proven Record of Accomplishment

Chip Lazenby, our principal,  is an active member of the Oregon State Bar.

Lazenby earned his

• Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University and

•  his Law Degree and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

 

 Among other opportunities over his  25 year career, Chip has served as:

• ·  General Counsel for Governor John Kitzhaber
  (1995-2001)
  
   

•   General Counsel at the Portland Development Commission (PDC)
  
   

•   The first on-campus general counsel for Portland State University (PSU)
